马竞，博士生导师，西安交通大学“青年拔尖人才支持计划”特聘教授。中国系统工程学会水利系统工程专业委员会常务委员。加拿大曼尼托巴大学环境科学方向获得博士学位，滑铁卢大学系统设计方向获得硕士学位。

研究方向：

自然资源管理与环境政策分析、决策支持系统、环境影响评估与风险治理、环境与健康管理、环境物联网

工作经历：
